Ciprian founded the site and owns the method behind it: how a review is scored, which sources are allowed to count, and the rule that a commercial relationship never touches a verdict. Most of his time goes on the unglamorous half of that job, reading manufacturer documentation, help guides and service manuals, and throwing out figures that only ever appear in press coverage. Based in Bucharest.
